Reverend Gary W. Miller

Rev. Gary W. Miller accepted the call to the Minden Presbyterian Church on January 19, 2003. A native of Evansville, Indiana, Bro. Gary joined the U.S. Air Force in 1967, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 1975 and his Masters of Divinity from Louisville (KY) Theological Seminary in 1978. He has been an ordained Presbyterian minister since 1979. Bro. Gary and his wife, Terri (an RN at Minden Medical Center), have two grown daughters, Cassie Almasy and Amanda Borgelt. The only "child" the Millers still have at home is "Bailey," their loving golden retriever. The Millers have two grandchildren.

Mrs. Patti Walker

Patti Walker is a lifelong member of the Minden Presbyterian Church. She became organist in 1980 and has also served the church as choir director. Patti and her husband, Mickey, are the parents of three grown daughters -- Emily, Erin and Julie -- who are active members of the church. Patti was until recently a faculty member in the Business Department at Minden High School. Currently she manages her own All-State Insurance Agency in Ruston, LA.

Choir Director Judy Dodson

Choir Director Judy Dodson is a member of the First United Methodist Church, where she has directed the children's, youth, adult and handbell choirs for the past 20 years. The Minden native has been singing in church choirs since the age of 10. She says she loves music -- especially music which praises God! Judy has one daughter and two grandsons who also live in Minden.

Reverend Jack M. Kennedy

Rev. Jack M. Kennedy accepted the call to lead the Minden Presbyterian Church in 1972. He retired 16 years later, in 1988, and was honored with the title of Pastor Emeritus in 1997. He and his late wife, Nell, have four sons and many grandchildren.
